摘要
以某330 MW机组1018 t/h锅炉作为监测对象,以锅炉热经济性能计算模型、汽轮机热经济性能计算模型为基础,构建电站锅炉可控运行参数偏离最优值而引起标准煤耗偏差的能耗计算模型;开发了由数据采集预处理模块、性能计算模块、能耗诊断分析模块、结果显示模块构成的电站锅炉运行能耗评估分析系统,实现了锅炉可控运行参数能量损耗在线分析监测,使运行人员实时掌握主要运行参数偏差造成的供电煤耗损失数值,并提供锅炉节能运行优化指导方案,确保机组在接近最佳煤耗状态下运行。
Take 1018 t/h boiler of a 330 MW as monitoring objects, a overall energy-loss model of coal consumption deviation for operation parameters deviating from the target value is established, which is caused by controllable operation parameters deviates from the optimal value. The system consists of data acquisition and pre-processing module, performance calculation module, energy consumption diagnosis analysis module. And boiler operation energy consumption assessment analysis system in power station is developed, which realizes online monitoring the controllable operation parameters of boiler energy loss. The system can help operators to learn the coal consumption deviation of main operational parameters and ensure the unit operating under the optimal consumption condition.
