脱硫系统烟气换热器堵塞原因分析及改造措施

摘要 对青海桥头铝电股份有限公司1号脱硫系统烟气换热器(简称GGH)在运行中频繁堵塞、压差大、增压风机运行电流偏大等原因进行分析。分析认为,GGH换热元件波形较密,吹灰器吹灰压力、温度偏低是GGH频繁堵塞的主要原因,而烟气中粉尘质量浓度超标、运行参数调整不当加速了GGH的堵塞。结合现场实际情况,提出GGH换热元件换型、吹灰器改装蒸汽吹扫、优化电除尘器及吸收塔运行参数的改造方案。方案实施后,1号脱硫系统GGH频繁堵塞现象得到有效解决,在节能降耗及提升系统综合效率方面取得了明显的效果,确保了脱硫系统的安全、稳定、经济运行。 Clogging, large pressure difference, and bigger current frequently occured on the 1st desulfurization system GGH in Qinghai Qiaotou Aluminum Co.,Ltd.. The cause of the clogging was that GGH heat exchanger components waveform was dense, sootblowers pressure and temperature were lower. What's more, excessive dust content in flue gas, and improper adjustment of operating parameters accelerate the clogging. Combining with the actual situation, the author proposed to change the type of heat exchanger components, modify the steam purging, optimize the operating parameters of electrostatic precipitator and desulfurization system. After the transformation, the frequent clogging of the GGH in the 1st desulfurization system has been solved. And it is effective in energy saving and improving the system efficiency, which ensure the desulfurization system's security, stability and economic operation.
