摘要
随着运行时间的增加,内蒙古北方龙源风力发电有限责任公司辉腾锡勒风电场600 kW风电机组冷却系统的热交换器堵塞情况越来越严重,齿轮箱和发电机散热不良,齿轮箱油温经常偏高,导致机组频繁停机,既降低了机组可用率,影响了发电量,又缩短了齿轮箱的使用寿命。通过分析研究制定了现场改造方案,将原有的1套热交换器冷却系统改为2套独立的冷却系统,彻底解决了齿轮箱油温高的问题。
The cooling system jam ot tmcu serious every day with the increase of the running time in Huitengxile wind farm. It caused poor heat dissipation of the gearboxes and generators, the temperature of gearbox oil was higher than the normal statu. The wind turbines often stopped due to the defects, which not only reduced the availability and production, but also shorten the lifetime of the gearboxes. Through analysis and research, Huitengxile wind farm resolved the defects of the wind turbines thoroughly by changing the original heat exchanger cooling system into two separated cooling systems.
