摘要
内蒙古上都发电有限责任公司一期、二期4×600 MW褐煤机组脱硫系统增压风机在机组增减负荷过程中,经常出现增压风机前压力波动大的问题。对机组原自动控制策略进行了分析,认为增压风机可调动叶自动逻辑存在缺陷。给出了优化改进方法,实施后各增压风机入口压力自动控制功能全部能够投入运行,且控制品质良好。
The pressure fan systems in 4×600 MW fluctuation problems often appear on desulphurization booster lignite-fired units of Inner Mongolia Shangdu Power Plant Co., Ltd. while load reduction. The pristine automatic control strategy was analyzed, the automatic adjustable logic defects were found in the maneuvering leaves of the booster fans. The improved methods were put into operation, and after the implementation, the entrance pressure before the booster fans achieved a good control quality.
