摘要
当输电线路发生故障时,线路维护人员要与调度人员有效配合才能及时对线路进行抢修。为了确保巡检工作质量及抢修效率,设计了电力智能抢修调度系统。该系统基于C/S和B/S两种结构模式设计,由数据访问层、业务逻辑层和客户端表现层3层典型结构组成,具有智能指挥调度、GPS导航、数据录入、报表分析及监控管理功能。该系统的应用可快速响应用电客户故障报修,同时全程监控事故自接受至完成的各环节,有效提高电力工作人员的抢修效率,节约成本,保证供电的安全性和可靠性。
When the transmission line takes breakdown, line maintenance personnel should be effective co-ordination with scheduling personnel to repair on the line. Thus a power smart repair scheduling system was designed, which was based on two structural patterns of C/S and B/S. The typical structures of the data access layer, business logic and client presentation layer make up the functions of intelligent command and dispatch, GPS navigation, data entry, reports, analysis, monitoring and management. The application of the system could respond quickly to the electricity customers fault repair need, and monitor the entire incident from the reception to complete "all aspects of effectively, improve the power efficiency of repair staff, and ensure the safety and reliability of the power supply.
