摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑法等研究方法,运用"马太效应"、"刺猬效应"、"鲶鱼效应"、"雷尼尔效应"分析了高校体育教师队伍建设存在的问题,并提出通过"升降制"和"按劳分配制"改革,"互动交流模式",创新人才的"外部选材"和"内部选材","硬件"和"软件"协同发展途径解决存在的问题.
The paper studies universities'physical education ture, questionnaire and logic. We analyze the existing problems teachers team construction by means of litera- using "Matthew effect", "hedgehog effect", "catfish effect", "Rainier effect". We think that the problems can be solved through ways of innovation of "up and down", "distribution according to work" ," interactive communication mode" ," external selection" and "internal selection" in innovation talent selection, coordinated development of "hardware" and "software".
