高校教师教学质量的多级模糊综合评判

Multistage Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for University Teachers' Teaching Quality

综合考虑各种因素的影响,结合本校的实际情况,筛选出对高校教师教学质量影响较大的四类因素,与其它的评价指标体系相比,本文增加了教学改革这一因素,对教师在创新创业教育方面所作的工作进行了评价,然后采用多级模糊综合评判法对教学质量进行等级评价,结果表明该评价指标体系较为全面,评价结果与实际情形相符.

We select four factors impacting on teaching quality, taking into consideration all factors and integrating actual situation of our school. We add teaching innovation factor in index systems. Innovation and entrepreneurship education are evaluated. Then multistage fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used to evaluate teaching quality. The results show that the evaluation index system is more comprehensive and results of evaluation are corresponding with the actual situation.
