清代粮食经济研究述评

Review of research on the food history of Qing dynasty

从粮食调控、生产与储运、流通与贸易三个层面,对国内外学者关于清代以及当时的粮食大省湖南的粮食经济研究做了较为全面的梳理。国内外关于清代粮食经济的研究成果虽然丰硕,且水平较高,但也明显存在三个层面不足:研究的视角和方法比较单一;宏观概括性论述的成分居多,微观性的探讨少;缺乏明显的区域互动比较研究。

This thesis made a overall review of research on the food economy in Qing dynasty from grain control, food production, storage and transportation as well as food circulation and trade. It found that there were still some shortages： research perspective and method being single, more macro-general discussion, but less micro-exploration; regional comparative study being obviously lack.
