响应面法优化草果挥发油提取工艺条件的筛选研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用不同的粉碎粒度、液固比和蒸馏时间3因素研究其对草果挥发油提取率的影响。通过单因素试验筛选影响草果挥发油提取率因素水平的区间,采用中心组合实验设计及响应面分析法优化草果中挥发油的水蒸汽蒸馏法提取工艺条件。实验结果表明,通过响应面分析法,可以得到一个预测草果挥发油含量的回归方程Y=2.77+0.11X1-(3.750E-003)X2-0.22X3+0.14X1X2+0.15X1X3+0.12X2X3-0.41X12-0.38X22-0.33X32。草果挥发油提取最优工艺条件为,草果粉末过30.7目筛,液固比9.9倍,蒸馏4.68 h,其挥发油的提取率最高,达2.750%,与理论预测值基本吻合。 The optimum extracting conditions of essential oil from Amomum tsao-ko were studied. The effects of crushing grain size, liquid-solid ratio and distillation time on the yield of essential oil were studied base on the ex- traction rate. According to the single factor experiments, the optimum extract process of steam distillation for essen- tial oil was determined through Box-Benhnken central composition design and response surface methodology. The ex- perimental results showed that based on the response surface methodology, a regression equation for predict the yield of essential oil was established as Y=2.77 +0.11X1 - (3.750E-003) X2 -0.22X3 +0.14X1X2 + 0. 15X1X3 + 0. 12X2X3 -0.41X2^2 - 0.38X22 -0.33X3^2. It was concluded that the optimum conditions for extrac- ting essential oil from Amomum tsao-ko were screening the Amomum tsao-ko powder with the sieve of 30.7 mesh, adjusting the liquid-solid ratio to 9.9, distilling for 4.68 h, the highest extraction ratio of essential oil could be a- chieved, which was 2. 750 %, and this value was basically agree well with the theory predicted value.
