森林多功能的时空尺度划分及其相互关系分析

Analysis of Spatial-temporal Scale Division of Forest Multi-function and Their Relationship

根据国内外研究成果,把森林功能划分为7大类,结合生态系统和森林经营对7种功能的时空尺度进行了划分。用独立、互补及竞争3种情形对各功能之间的相互关系进行了描述,并分析了功能之间的冲突及其协调的途径。结果表明,森林多功能在空间尺度上划分为国家、区域、经营单位和林分,在时间尺度上划分为短期、中期和长期。森林功能间的关系在不同的时空尺度上并不一致,它们之间的冲突有些是可以解决的,有些只能缓解,有些不能避免。有些功能在较大尺度上是有条件相容的,在较小尺度上功能之间的关系是相容或对立的。只要能在较小的时空尺度上解决冲突,各功能之间就不会产生不可协调的矛盾。研究结果为开展森林多功能经营提供理论依据。

Based on the research results at home and abroad, the forest functions were divided into 7 categories. Combining ecosystem and forest management, the spatial-temporal scales of 7 functions were also divided and the relationships between each function were described as independent, complementary and competitive. The conflicts and coordinated approach between forest functions were analyzed. The results showed that forest multi-function on the spatial scales were divided into national level, regional level, management unit and forest stand, the temporal scales were divided into short -term, medium-term and long-term. The relationship between each function was in- consistency in different scales. Some conflicts could be coordinated or resolved but some were unavoidable. The i- dea proposed in this study was to resolve the conflicts in a small spatial-temporal scale. The study will provide a theoretical foundation to carry out forest multi-function management.
