摘要
2011—2012年,克拉玛依市以临床路径为依据,对3家医院820例病人采用单病种结算。结果表明,同一病种费用水平较实施单病种付费前下降40%。存在的问题主要是尚未形成符合本地、本医院实际的临床路径,照搬国家有关部门颁布的临床路径制定的单病种付费标准容易出现虚高或过低现象。
Based on clinical pathways, Karamay settled the bills by Single-DRGs for 820 cases of patients in three hospitals from 2011 to 2012. The results show that, compared with the same disease, fees paid decreased by 40%. The main problems are： not yet formed clinical path of the hospital in line with local and practical situation.Copying standard of single DRGs issued by national authorities will be prone to unrealistically high or too low phenomenon.
