龙岩市新罗区社区卫生服务问题及对策研究

Problems of and Countermeasures for Health Service in Communities in Xinluo,Longyan

随着我国医疗制度改革的推进及人们对疾病的预防和自我保健意识不断增强,社区卫生服务日益凸显其在卫生服务中的重要地位。对龙岩市新罗区7家社区卫生服务中心的发展现状进行实地调查,从医护人员配备、机构硬件设备和医药配备、双向转诊实施及政府财政补助四个方面对现状进行综合分析及比较研究,阐述社区卫生服务中心卫生服务存在的问题,提出加强社区卫生队伍建设、加大政府及相关部门扶持和监管力度、建立双向转诊工作机制等对策。

With the deepening of medicare system reform and the unceasing improvement of awareness in prevention of disease and self health care, the position of community health service is becoming increasingly important. This paper is based on the investigations carried out in seven community health service centers in Xinluo District, Longyan. A comparative study has been done of in such four aspects as medical staff, equipments and medicine, implementation of two-way referral constitution, and financial aid from government. The author has also pointed out the problems in community health services centers and put forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of community health teams, increasing the financial support as well as establishing the mechanism of two-way referral work.
