摘要
含油污泥热解残渣是国家明文规定的危险废物,它的处理和应用是石油石化企业生产领域急需解决的难题。以含油污泥热解残渣为研究对象,通过一系列物理化学方法,分离去除热解残渣中碳以外的其他物质,使回收碳纯度达到95%以上。经分析可知,热解残渣中碳质量分数高达35%~50%,有较高的分离回收价值。该技术为今后进一步开展含油污泥热解残渣回收碳的资源化利用提供了物质基础,也为含油污泥热解残渣的无害化处理提供了一条新途径。
Pyrolytic residues of oily sludge was the hazardous waste in our country , its processing and application were the problems needed to be resolved in petroleum and petrochemical industries.By taking the pyrolytic residues of oily sludge as the object of study and by using a series of physical and chemical methods , the materials except carbon were removed and the carbon recovery purity was over 95%.The results show that the carbon content reaches 35%~50% , so it has greater value to separation and recovery.This technology provides the material basis for resource utilization of the recycled carbon , and it provides a new way for resource utilization of pyrolytic residues of oily sludge.
