海洋模块钻机、修井机上下底座移动闭环控制技术

摘要 由于受条件和成本的制约,海洋油气开采的井位只能采取多井位丛式布置,而在生产平台上的钻井、修井作业变换作业井位是通过海洋模块钻机、修井机上下底座的移动来实现的。为保证上下底座移动时的安全和效率,左右液压油缸伸缩的同步至关重要。我国海洋模块钻机、修井机上下底座移动常用的液压控制系统都为开环控制系统,国外先进的同类产品上下底座移动常用的液压控制系统都为电控液闭环控制系统,有些甚至实现了自动控制。采用电控液闭环控制系统,作业安全、效率高、移动对象的状态要求低、操作简单方便,将给企业带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。 Constrained by conditions and cost , the well locations of offshore oil and gas production could only be multiple well locations and cluster wells , while changing well locations in drilling and workover on the platform was implemented by moving the upper and lower substructures of drilling rigs and workover rigs.To ensure safety and efficiency of the moving of upper and lower substructures , the synchro-expansion of hydraulic oil cylinders on the left and right sides was very important.The hydraulic control systems for our modular rigs and workover rigs were open loop control systems , while on the similar products used overseas , electric controlled close-loop hydraulic control systems were used.The electric controlled close-loop hydraulic control system is of safety operation , high efficiency and low requirement is for moving object with convenient operation , it would provide obvious economic and social benefits for the enterprises.
