人性化服务在病案复印中的运用

摘要 近年来,随着医疗卫生体制改革的深化、医疗保险制度的逐步完善和人们法律意识的增强,病案资料作为一种有效原始凭证的作用正日益显现,公众对病案资料的需求越来越广泛,以往传统的病案复印服务模式存在诸多问题,在新形势下,转变服务观念,提高自身素质,增强法律意识,优化服务程序,积极为病案复印工作提供优质、高效的人性化服务。 In recent years, along with the deepening of medical and health system reform, medical insurance system and gradually improve people's law consciousness enhancement, the medical record data as a kind of effective original vouchers are increasingly important role, the public demand for medical record information is more and more widely, in the past the traditional medical record copy service mode has many problems, in the new situation, changing the sense of service, improve their own quality, enhance legal consciousness, optimize service process and actively work for medical record copy to provide quality and efficient humanized service.
