育阴灵冲剂对自然流产小鼠模型影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨育阴灵冲剂对小鼠自然流产模型外周血T淋巴细胞及其妊娠结局的影响。方法以正常妊娠组CBA/J X BALB/C为对照组,建立自然流产模型组CBA/J X DBA/2,分为中药组、西药组、模型组。通过腹腔注射环孢霉素、灌服育阴灵冲剂后,于小鼠孕12 d计算各组胚胎吸收率;并采用流式细胞术分析小鼠外周血T淋巴细胞。结果胚胎吸收率:中药组、西药组胚胎吸收率明显低于模型组(P<0.05),与正常组比较,中药组、西药组的胚胎吸收率变化不明显(P>0.05)。T淋巴细胞亚群:四组外周血CD8+比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+含量最高,与其余各组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);结论中药育阴灵冲剂可以降低小鼠自然流产模型胚胎吸收率,纠正淋巴细胞亚群比率失调,其疗效与环孢霉素相当。 Objective To explore the impacts of yuyinling infusion on peripheral blood T lymphocytes and the pregnant outcome of the abortion mouse models. Methods The normal pregnancy group ( CBA/ J X BALB/C)was taken as a control group. An abortion model group (CBA/J X DBA/2)was set up, which was subdivided into a Chinese medicine group, a western medicine group and a model group. With the intraperitoneal injection of cyclosporine and the lavage of yuyinling infusion, in 12 d of mouse pregnancy, the em- bryo absorptivity was calculated. The flow cytometry was adopted for the analysis of the peripheral blood T lymphocytes in the mice. Results The embryo absorptivity in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was lower apparently than that in the model group(P 〈 0.05). As compared with the normal group, the embryo absorptivity in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group did not change apparently(P 〉 0.05). Concerning to the subgroups of T lymphocytes, the difference in the peripheral blood CD8+ was not significant statistically among the four groups(P 〉 0.05 ). The contents of the peripheral blood CD3+ , CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the model group were the highest as compared with the rest groups, presenting the statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Yuyinling infusion reduces the embryo absorptivity in the abortion mouse models and rectifies the ratio imbalance of lymphocyte subgroups. Its efficacv is same as cvclosnorine.
