补肾活血法对强直少动型帕金森病患者睡眠质量影响的研究

Impacts on Sleep Quality for the Patients with Rigid Type Parkinson′s Disease Treated with Strengthening Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation Therapy

目的观察补肾活血法中药对强直少动型帕金森病(PD)患者睡眠质量的影响。方法采用随机对照试验,共纳入并观察强直少动型PD患者57例,其中治疗组29例,对照组28例,治疗组以补肾活血中药加西药治疗,对照组单用西药治疗,疗程共3个月。以帕金森病睡眠量表(PDSS)分值的变化评价患者睡眠质量的改善情况。结果治疗组PDSS总分较治疗前明显升高,较对照组亦明显提高(P<0.05),其有明显睡眠障碍的患者例数明显下降(P<0.05)。单项评分,第7、9项较治疗前明显升高,第8项较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。对照组PDSS总分及各单项评分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血法中药能够降低幻觉的发生、减少觉醒频率及夜间排尿频率,从而明显改善帕金森病患者的睡眠质量。

Objective To observe the impacts on sleep quality for the patients with rigid type Parkinson＇s disease（PD） treated with strengthening kidney and activating blood circulation therapy. Methods The randomized controlled trial was adopted. Fifty - seven patients of rigid type PD were included and observed, in which 29 cases were in a treatment group and 28 in a control group. In the treatment group, Chinese medicine for strengthening kidney and activating blood circulation and western medicine were applied. In the control group, the simple western medicine was given. The course of treatment was 3 months. The score change of Parkinson＇s disease sleep scale （PDSS）was observed to evaluate the improvement of patient＇s sleep quality. Results In the treatment group, the total score of PDSS was increased apparently as compared with that before treatment, which was higher apparently than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cases of the patients with remarkable sleep disturbance were reduced apparently （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Concerning to the single score ,the scores in the 7th and 9th items were increased apparently as compared with those before treatment; the score in the 8th item was increased apparently as compared with the control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. The total score of PDSS and the score of each item were not different significantly in statistics as compared with those before treatment in the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chinese medicine for strengthening kidney and activating blood circulation reduces the occurrence of hallucination, awakening frequency and nocturnal frequent urination so that the sleep quality of PD patients can be improved apparently.
