藤龙补中汤加减对大肠癌患者免疫功能影响的临床研究

Clinical Research of the Impacts of Modified Tenglong Buzhong Decoction on the Immune Function for the Patients with Large Intestine Cancer

目的观察藤龙补中汤加减对大肠癌术后化疗后患者临床证候、免疫功能的影响。方法大肠癌术后化疗后患者随机分为三组,分别给予胸腺肽α1、复方斑蝥胶囊、藤龙补中汤加减治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗前后患者临床症状及生活质量,免疫细胞亚群,白细胞介素-2以及白细胞介素-4变化。结果藤龙补中汤加减治疗可以改善大肠癌术后化疗后患者临床证候,提高大肠癌术后化疗后患者生活质量,提高CD3+、CD4+、CD8+CD28+T细胞亚群、以及NK细胞的数量;并提升大肠癌术后化疗后患者血清白细胞介素-2以及白细胞介素-4水平。结论藤龙补中汤加减可以改善大肠癌术后化疗后患者临床证候,提高生活质量,以及免疫功能,可用于大肠癌术后化疗后患者的维持治疗。

Objective To observe the impacts of modified tenglong buzhong decoction on the clinical symptoms and immune function for the patients with large intestine cancer after operation and chemotherapy. Methods The patients with large intestine cancer after operation and chemotherapy were randomized into three groups, treated with Thymosin ctl, compound banmao capsules and modified tenglong buzhong decoction separately for 4 weeks. The clinical symptoms, life quality, immune cell subset, interleukin （IL） - 2 and IL -4 were observed before and after treatment for the patients. Results The modified tenglong buzhong de- coction relieved the clinical symptoms and improved the life quality and increased the amounts of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD8 ＋ CD28 ＋ T - cell subset and NK cell as well as the levels of serum IL - 2 and IL - 4 for the patients with large intestine cancer after the operation and chemotherapy. Conclusion The modified tenglong buzhong decoction relieves the clinical symptoms and improves the life quality and immune function of the patients with large intestine cancer after operation and chemotherapy. This medicine can be applied in the maintenance treatment for the patients with large intestine cancer after oneration and chemotherapy.
