摘要
目前,大功率拖拉机在播种作业中的应用不断增加,与其配套的大型播种机却相当缺乏。为此,研制了气力式集中排种器。详细介绍排种器充种室、吸气室、排种盘、排种环带、吹种室、剔种装置、吹种管等结构的设计。性能试验表明,排种性能符合单粒精密播种要求。
Currently, the application oi high-powered tractors Ior sowing operatmns laas been on the rise, wmie me supporting large planters are insufficient. To this end, a pneumatic centralized metering device is developed. The design and performance test of the suction chamber of the metering device as well as the seed room, seed plate, the seeding ring with blown seed room, seed-picking devices, seed-blowing pipes and other structures indicate that the seeding performance of this invented device is in line with a single grain precision planting requirements.
