摘要
为提高直接进样法检测葡萄酒中合成着色剂的试验过程质量,对HPLC法检测葡萄酒中胭脂红色素含量的不确定度进行评定,计算胭脂红测定值的合成相对不确定度和相对扩展不确定度。分析结果表明:葡萄酒中的胭脂红含量为277.8mg/kg;合成相对标准不确定度为0.99%;相对扩展不确定度为1.98%(k=2,P=95%)。
A uncertainty estimation procedure was developed for analysis of carmine in wine and this HPLC analysis of synthetic colour provided a scientific evidence for quality control in analysis procedure of direct injection. The uncertainty of determination of carmine was evaluated based on 〈guidance on evaluating the uncertainty in chemical analysis〉. The uncertainty of determination of carmine in wine by HPLC was 277.8 mg/kg as absolute value, 0.99% as synthetic relative value and 1.98%(k=2,P=95%).
