摘要
目的分析探讨吡拉西坦联合依达拉奉对大面积脑梗死的治疗效果及安全性。方法 50例大面积脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25),对照组单用吡拉西坦治疗,观察组患者采用吡拉西坦联合依达拉奉治疗,连续治疗10 d,对比两组的治疗效果。结果对照组预后不良共8例(32.0%),观察组预后不良3例(12.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗显愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吡拉西坦联合依达拉奉对大面积脑梗死有效、安全,能够明显改善大面积脑梗死的神经功能,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of Piracetam combined with Edara vone on patients with large area cerebral infarction. Methods 50 cases with large area cerebral infarction were divided into the control group （ n = 25 ） and the observation group （ n = 25 ） by random. The control group was treated by Piraeetam and the observation group took Piracetam combined with Edaravone. The clinical effects were measured after 10 days＇ treatment. Results The poor prognosis rate of the control group was 32. 0% and was 12.0% of the observation group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Piracetam combined with Edaravone was an effective and safety method in treating large area cerebral infarction and it is worth for generalization.
