氧化锌软膏治疗慢性弥漫性外耳道炎100例临床观察

Zinc ointment in the treatment of chronic otitis externa diffusa : clinical observation of 100 cases

目的探讨慢性弥漫性外耳道炎的临床治疗方法。方法清洁外耳道后用氧化锌软膏均匀涂于患耳外耳道壁,两天1次,对于部分渗出较多的患者可以选择1次/d,4次为一疗程,观察疗效。结果 100例患者中治愈60例(占60%),好转33例(占33%),无效7例(占7%),总有效率93%。结论氧化锌软膏治疗慢性弥漫性外耳道炎疗效理想,操作方便,费用低廉,建议临床上进一步推广使用。

Objective Chronic otitis externa diffusa clinical treatment method.Methods Cleaning the external auditory canal after zinc ointment evenly in the affected ear canal wall,two times 1 days,for infiltration more patients may choose to once a day,4 times as a course of treatment,observation and effective.Results Among the 100 cases,60cases were cured(60%),improved in 33 cases(33%),invalid in 7 cases(7%),the total efficiency of 93%.Conclusion Zinc ointment in the treatment of chronic otitis externa diffusa ideal effect,convenient operation,low cost,to further promote the use in clinic.
