新生儿二次断脐的护理效果

Neonatal secondary umbilical nursing effect

目的探讨新生儿二次断脐的护理效果。方法将本院2012年1月～2012年6月出生的180例新生儿随机分为观察组93例(给予二次断脐)和对照组87例(给予传统护理),对两组的护理效果进行对比分析。结果两组的炎性分泌物,周围皮肤破损,脐炎和分泌物者发生例数相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二次断脐操作起来不仅安全简单,而且有助于产妇及家属更好的对新生儿进行护理,此外还可避免脐部感染,提升新生儿脐部舒适度,所以应在临床上大力推广和使用。

Objective To investigate neonatal secondary umbilical nursing effect. Methods 180 ca- ses of neonates born in our hospital from January 2012. to June 2012 were randomly divided into observation group 93 cases （secondary break umbilical） and control group 87 cases （given traditional nursing）, nursing effect of two groups were analyzed. Results Two groups of inflammatory secretion, the surrounding skin dam- aged, omphalitis and discharge happened cases compared with significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The secondary break is not only safe, easy to operate, but also help women and their families better for neo- natal care, also can avoid navel infection, improve neonatal umbilical region comfort, so should be clinically popularized and used.
