西安市普通高校拉丁舞教学发展现状研究

The Study of the Ordinary College Latin Dance Teaching Development Status in Xi'an

为了促进高校拉丁舞教学的健康发展,运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地调查、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对西安市普通高校拉丁舞教学的发展现状进行了研究,结果认为:西安市普通高校的拉丁舞教学在得到空前发展的同时也存在明显的问题。其中,师资缺乏、教学场所局限、高校拉丁舞教材与教法不统一、缺乏课余锻炼等严重制约了拉丁舞教学的有效发展。为了促进拉丁舞教学的发展与提高教学质量,需要在科学研究、师资力量建设、规范教学内容与考核评价、寻求管理部门的支持、推行教学模式与教学方法的改革创新、拓展拉丁舞业余学习环境和氛围等方面加强工作。

In order to promote the healthy development of Latin dance teaching in colleges and universities, using literature, expert interviews, field survey, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, it studies the development status of Xi＇an City College Latin dance teaching, results shows that： the Latin dance teaching in colleges and universities also exists obvious questions during the unprecedented development. Among the obvious questions, the lack of teachers, teaching places limitations, the Latin dance teaching materials and unified teaching methods, lack of after - school exercise seriously restricts the development of Latin dance teaching. In order to promote the development and improvement of Latin dance teaching quality, we need to en- hance the scientific research, faculty construction, standardize teaching content and evaluation, searching for management＇s support, launching the teaching mode and teaching method reform and innovation, expanding the Latin dance amateur learning environment.
