摘要
目的探究脑血管病偏瘫患者在临床上的症状的表现以及患者的临床护理。方法将本医院106例进行了治疗的脑血管病偏瘫病患的临床资料根据症状分析评估手段进行护理干预的回顾性分析。结果经过系统治疗与护理之后,所有患者在出院时SPICES方面均有不同程度改善。结论及时了解脑血管病偏瘫病人症状的表现,可以大大降低患者的致残率和致死率,并且患者的治疗情况的好坏与其护理有着紧密的联系。
Objective To explore the performance of the clinical symptoms of cerebrovascular disease patients with hemiplegia and clinical care. Methods 106 cases of the hospital was the treatment of cerebrovascular disease, hemiplegia patients clinical data based on the the symptoms means of analysis and evaluation of nursing intervention were analyzed retrospectively. Results the patients after the treatment and care of through the system discharge SPICES aspects have varying degrees of improvement. Conclusion To keep abreast of the performance of hemiplegic patients with cerebrovascular disease symptoms, can significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality of patients and the quality of the treatment of patients with their care are closely linked.
