左旋氨氯地平和氯沙坦钾在原发性高血压中的成本效果分析

The Cost Effectiveness of Levamlodipine Besylate and Losartan on Primary Hypertension

目的探讨左旋氨氯地平和氯沙坦钾在原发性高血压中的成本效果。方法选择该院原发性高血压患者100例,上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,对照组给予氯沙坦治疗。评定两组临床效果,分析其成本效果。结果观察组总有效率(95.0%)与对照组总有效率(92.5%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组成本为158.6元,效果为0.96,成本效果为165.2。对照组成本为328元,效果为0.94,成本效果为348.9。观察组成本效果低于对照组。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压优于氯沙坦,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of the cost effectiveness of levamlodipine besylate and losartan on primary hypertension. Methods 100 cases with essential hypertension were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given levamlodipine besylate,the control group was given losartan. Clinical effect in two groups was evaluated, the cost effect was analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.0% and the total effective rate of the control group was 94.0% , there was no significant difference in two groups（P＆gt;0.05）. the cost in observation group was 158.6yuan,the effect is 0.96,The cost effectiveness was 165.2 in observation group. The cost in control group was 328yuan,the effect is 0.94,the cost effectiveness was 348.9 in control group. The cost effectiveness in observation group was lower than that in control group. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate on the treatment of primary hypertension is superior to losartan. and which is should be the reference for doctors.
