布地奈德氧气雾化吸入在小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果观察

Clinical Curative Efficacy of Aerosol Inhalation of Budesonide for Treatment of Infantile Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨布地奈德氧气雾化吸入在治疗小儿支气管哮喘中的应用效果。方法选取60例来就诊的小儿支气管哮喘患者,按照来就诊的单、双号随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。观察组予常规治疗并布地奈德氧气雾化吸入,对照组进行常规治疗。治疗2h后观察结果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论布地奈德氧气雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管哮喘疗效好,不良反应小,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical curative efficacy and safety of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide for treatment of infantile bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 60 infants with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the infants in control group were treated with routine therapy,while the infants in treatment group were treated with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide. The improvements of main clinical symptoms and signs after treatment were observed,the clinical curative efficacy was evaluated. Results The curative efficacy in observation group was higher than that in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Others weren’t statistically significant. Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of Budesonide is a safe and effective therapeutic method for treatment of infantile bronchial asthma,which is worthy to be spread and applied in clinic.
