隔姜灸在治疗功能失调性子宫出血中的临床研究

Ginger Moxibustion in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Clinical Research

目的就隔姜灸在治疗功能失调性子宫出血中的临床研究进行探讨。方法选取我院自2009年1月—2012年10月收治的300例功能失调性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,采用隔姜灸方法进行治疗,此法具有艾灸与药物的双重作用,艾柱不直接接触皮肤,在艾柱与皮肤之间隔垫上新鲜生姜片而施灸,加上火力温和,患者易于接受。结果 300例功能失调性子宫出血患者经过隔姜灸治疗之后,显效(症状较治疗前明显减轻)195例(65%),有效(症状有所减轻)30例(10%),无效(治疗前后临床症状无改善)75例(25%),总有效率75%,治疗效果较好。结论隔姜灸治疗功能失调性子宫出血是传统的中医外治方法有效,安全,无毒,无不良反应,既能够与生姜发挥协同作用,又可以防止治疗后遗留瘢痕,体现了中医在治疗月经病的优势。

Objective Ginger Moxibustion in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in clinical study. Methods In our hospital from 2009 January to 2012 October between the treated 300 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients as a research object, using ginger moxibustion treatment methods, this method has the dual effect of moxibustion with moxa drug, no direct contact with skin, in the column and the skin between the spacer of fresh ginger and moxibustion plus fire, moderate, and easy for patients to accept. Results The 300 cases of dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients after treated with ginger separated moxibustion, effective （symptoms significantly reduce） in 195 cases（65%）, effective（ to ease symptoms ） in 30 cases （10%）, invalid （clinical symptoms before and after treatment without improvement ） in 75 cases（25%）, the total efficiency in 75%, the treatment effect is good. Conclusion Ginger Moxibustion in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a traditional Chinese medicine external treatment method is effective, safe, non-toxic, no side effects, can with ginger synergy, and can prevent the after treatment of scar, reflect Chinese medicine in the treatment of menstrual disorders advantage.
