微创经皮肾镜取石术的围手术期护理观察

The Perioperative Nursing Observe Minimally Invasive Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Lithotomy

目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)的围手术期护理与观察措施及经验。方法回顾该院168例就诊患者的临床资料,均采用经皮肾镜取石术治疗,并对其围手术期进行护理观察,完善术前准备,做好术后护理及并发症监护,并给予有效的出院指导。结果经过临床有效的护理及观察,患者手术成功率高,无一例死亡或严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论微创经皮肾镜取石术有着安全性高,创伤小,出血少,痛苦低等优势,在上尿路结石的治疗中占据了主导地位[1]。有效的针对其围手术期细致周到的护理与观察,为患者的手术、术后并发症的减少及预后康复提供着重要保障。

Objective To study the minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL） of perioperative nursing and observation measures and experience. Methods 168 cases of patients with a review of the clinical data, all use percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment, and the perioperative care observation, improve preoperative preparation, completes the postoperative nursing care and complications, and to give effective and discharge guidance. Results After clinical effective nursing and observation, the success rate of operation in patients with high, no 1 case death or severe complications, all recovered discharge. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy has high safety, small trauma, less bleeding, pain, low advantage in the treatment of urinary stones have occupied the leading position1. In view of its effective perioperative meticulous care and observation for patients with surgery, postoperative complications and prognosis of reduce rehabilitation provide the important guarantee.
