摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预对老年患者骨折后生活质量及疼痛的影响。方法 66例老年骨折患者被随机分为对照组和实验组,各33例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用综合护理干预措施,观察住院治疗期间患者的生活质量及疼痛情况。结果干预后,实验组患者各时间点疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预措施可协助老年骨折患者减轻疼痛,改善生活质量,缩短住院时间,值得推广。
bjective To observe the effects of synthetic nursing intervention on the quality of life and pain of gerontal patients with bone fracture.M ethods 66 cases were divided into experimental group and control group.The usual care was applied in con trol group,and synthetic nursing intervention was applied in experimental group.The pain and the quality of life were assessed.Results compared with those values in control group,the pain and the quality of life in experimental group were improved obviously（P0.05）.C onclusion The synthetic nursing intervention can ease the pain,promote the quality of life and shorten the length of stay.
