摘要
为解决一处遗址保护厅的钢化玻璃内表面的凝露问题,根据遗址保护厅所处的环境特点,分析了其凝露的条件及影响因素,在此基础上研制出了一套基于虚拟仪器的防凝露控制系统.文中介绍了该系统的设计思想、功能和硬件系统.软件方面,利用LabVIEW软件在PC机上编程,实现了多个信号的采集和处理,并详细地介绍了控制方法和控制程序.最后从系统的安全性、可扩展性等方面进行了简要分析.实际运行表明,该系统运行可靠、易于操作,能够满足实际的控制要求.
In order to solve the condensation problem on the inner toughened glass of a ruins protection hall, the requirement and influencing factors of condensation are analyzed based on the environment of the protection hall. In addition, the control system based on virtual instrument to prevent condensation has been developed. The de- sign idea, function and hardware of the system are introduced. By making use of LabVIEW to write the software, the system can acquire and process different signals. The method and control program are explained in detail. At last, the security and extendibility of the system are also analyzed briefly. By testing the system, it indicates that the system can run stably and operate easily and the system can meet the actual control demand.
