无扰切换技术在电厂引风机高压变频器中的应用

摘要 高压变频器在发电厂引风机使用中,往往因变频器故障需单侧停机,目前常用的方法是降低机组负荷单侧停机检修,严重影响机组负荷,经济损失大,本文提出一种通过为变频器增加无扰切换柜,实现了引风机变频方式与工频方式的双向切换,切换电流小,对每管风压无影响,机组负荷稳定,并通过实验验证该方法的可行性。 High voltage inverter use in the power plant induced draft fan , often because of the frequency converter fault should be unilateral stop, the commonly used method is to reduce the unit load unilateral shutdown overhaul, the serious influence unit load, large economic loss, this paper proposes a frequency converter by increasing the undisturbed switch cabinet, realize the induced draft fan frequency conversion method and way of power-frequency two-way switch, switching current is small, on the main pipe pressure has no effect, the unit load stability, and verify the feasibility of this method through experiment.
