摘要
本文以桥式吊车小车电机控制为例,介绍了系统构成,PLC和变频器的选用,接线方式等。改造后的应用效果表明,桥式吊车电力拖动系统采用变频调速,满足工艺要求,设备运行更准确可靠,取得的经济效益显著。
This paper takes car motor control of cranes for example to introduce system structure, selection for the PLC and the frequency converter and connection mode. Applied effect after reformation shows that the electric drive system of overhead crane with variable frequency speed-regulating system can meet the technological requirements, that the equipment runs more precise and more reliable, and that this system achieves remarkably economic benefit.
