摘要
为了达到以太网纳秒级的时钟同步,概述了IEEE1588(网络化测量及控制系统的精确时钟同步协议)的机理,对该算法实现纳秒级同步的方法进行细述,同时从工程实践的角度提出一种基于ARM的实现方法,软硬件结合实现IEEE1588协议,给出了实现方案和流程图,并给出相关的测试结果,证明其符合现代工业以太网应用对高精度时钟同步的要求。
For reaching the accuracy of nanosecond level synchronization on Ethernet, this paper summarized the theory of the IEEE1588 (precision time synchronization protocol of networked measurement and control systems) and described the method of how the algorithm realized nanosecond level synchronization. At the same time, it proposed a kind of realization method based on the ARM from the point of view of engineering practice, used the combination of hardware and software to achieve the IEEE1588 protocol. Not only the realizing solution and flow chat are offered, but also the related test results demonstrate it fit the requirements of high-precision time synchronization about modem industrial Etbernet application.
