摘要
介绍了搅拌磨机械化学改性的工艺过程 ,探讨了搅拌磨机械化学改性的机理。研究表明 ,用硅烷作改性剂对滑石粉进行机械化学改性后 ,滑石粉的疏水性大大增强 ,对水的接触角 1 61° ,改性粉体的平均粒径1 .36μm ,硅烷用量比传统改性方法降低 1 /3,硅烷包覆率 91 %。改性剂通过与粉体表面的化学吸附、接枝和键合作用而进行表面改性 ,超细粉碎能有效促进机械化学改性过程的顺利进行。
The technology of the mechanical and chemical modification in the agitating mill is described and its mechanism discussed.Study has shown that the mechanical and chemical modification using silane as the modifier can greatly enhance the talc hydrophobicity and impart the talc a 161° water contact angle.The average particle size of the modified powder was 1.36 μm,the silane dosage was reduced by one third of that in the conventional method and the silane coverage rate,91%. The surface modification is effected by the chemical adsorption, branch connetion and bonding of the modifier with the powder surface and effectively promoted by the super fine comminution
