摘要
结合中国石化安庆分公司炼化一体化工程,介绍了大型工程项目设备安装监理中的信息化管理系统,包括设备安装质量控制、质量周报月报编制、施工方案在线审核及施工图远程会审等。实践表明,应用信息化管理系统进行监理,可以节省人力物力、提高工作效率和加快工程进度。
Reviewing the integrated the refining and petrochemical project of Anqing Subsidiary of Sinopec, this article introduced information management system in large plant engineering consulting projects. The system include safety control of plant installation, weekly and monthly quality report, online construction program auditing, and remote examination of working drawings. These practices prove that the application of information management in plant supervision and management lead to sparingly usage of manpower and material resources, improved efficiency, and accelerated project progress.
