摘要 作为AP1000全球首台凝汽器——三门核电1号机组凝汽器,相比于以往其他核电凝汽器,其技术要求更高、加工难度更大、设备制造周期更长,设备监造和协调的难度更高。本文在介绍AP1000凝汽器结构和供货特点的基础上,重点分析了首台设备制造和监造的难点,成功的改进措施,为后续凝汽器的监造及项目管理提供借鉴。 Compared with previous condensers used in nuclear power units, the condenser for Sanmen Nuclear Power Unit 1, the global no.1 AP1000 condenser, has much higher technology requirements. This also means the condenser is more difficult to produce and requires an extended production period. The manufacturing inspection and coordination therefore becomes more complex. In addition to introducing the structure and features of the AP1000 Condenser, this article highlighted the difficulties in manufacturing supervision of the first equipment made. The article also presented successful corrective measures adopted for future references in condenser manufacturing supervision.
