摘要
回转窑在地面上组对焊接,整体吊装到已建好的基础上就位,这是新的做法。国内通常做法是先建基础,然后将窑体分段吊装就位组对后焊接。新做法一方面大大缩短了工程总工时,另一方面减少了高空作业人数,将高空作业的风险降到最低;但对窑体组对质量和整体吊装提出了更高要求。本文通过设备监理质量和安全控制的案例结合鱼刺图分析法的运用,找出窑体组对焊接、整体吊装难题的主要原因,从而采取了正确对策。
Explore and Practice Fishbone Chart Analysis in Plant Engineering Consulting Abstract: A new approach to handle the lithium carbonate kiln is to fit-up and weld the rotary kiln on the ground, and then lift it up to the aerial basis built. A more common approach adopted in China is to build the basis first. Then hoist the subsections of the kiln to weld after fitting-up. The new approach significantly curtails project labor-hours, cuts number of aerial workers, and maximally reduces risks involved with the aerial work. This new approach also sets a higher standard on quality of fit-up welding and integral hoisting. Using real cases in plant quality inspection and safety control combined with fishbone chart analysis, this article identified key difficulties and provided solutions for kiln fit-up welding and integral hoisting.
