医疗废物焚烧线污水处理工程研究

摘要 本文以实际工程为依托,根据国内目前规模最大、连续达标稳定运行、烟气处理达到欧盟2000标准的医疗废物焚烧生产线的实际运营情况,总结医疗废物焚烧生产线污水水量、水质排放规律,对污水处理进行工程研究。研究表明医疗废物焚烧污水分为两大类:①脱酸洗涤塔污水,以重金属污染为主,其中H矿污染最严重,浓度最高达到3.280mg/L;②消毒清洗污水,以传染性污染为主。脱酸洗涤塔污水采用以Na2S沉淀为主的物化处理工艺可以有效去除Hg^+,去除率大于99%,实现达标排放处理,该处理技术可为国内类似工程提供工程借鉴。 The present study was based on a medical waste incineration plant , which has the largest treatment capacity in China,continuously operates under stable condition~ of which the flue gas treatment has reached the requirement of European 2000 standard.The study investigated the wastewater generated from the medical waste incineration production line.The wastewater quantity and characteristics were moninterd.The results show that,the wastewater generated from medical waste incineration was mainly classified into two types: one was the wastewater from the washing tower to remove acids,which was characterized by the pollutants of heavey metals, especially Hg+ could reach 3.280 mg/L; the other one was the Disinfection cleaning wastewater, which was infectious.The wastewater from the acid-removing washing tower was treated through the physical-chemical process of Na2S precipitation to effectively remove Hg+ by 99%, so that the effluent could reach the standard requirement for discharge.The treatment process could be used as reference for the similar domestic projects.
