浅议热力喷雾填料式除氧器的多变负荷适应性改造

随着国家对安全生产的日益重视，锅炉安全运行备受关注，在多变负荷运行下的锅炉如何减少氧腐蚀，本文提供了一个改造热力喷雾填料式除氧器的成功范例。本文从锅炉除氧的必要性，热力除氢原理出发，剖析了传统热力喷雾填料式除氧器在多变负荷时除氧效果不佳的原因，提出改进措施供同行参考。

With the country increasingly pay more attention to the safety in production, the safe operation of the boiler is concerned,in the variable boiler load to decrease oxygen corrosion, this paper provides a successful example of thermal spray filler type deaerator.In this paper, the necessity of boiler deaerator,thermal deaeration principle, analyzes the causes of traditional thermal spray filler deaerating under variable load effect is poor, some improvement measures are put forward for reference.
