摘要
结晶器钢水液位控制系统是一个时变的、非线性的、多干扰的复杂系统 ,本文应用过程控制原理和模糊控制技术 ,对该系统进行自动控制。在控制策略上采取了模糊控制与传统控制相结合的方式 ,分别设计了模糊 -串级控制、Fuzzy -PID控制和中心论域放大模糊控制 ,并进行仿真 ,获得较好的控制效果。
The process of controlling mold steel level is a complex process whose model varies with time and contains non linearities and interference. This paper has accomplished the automatic control for it by the process control principle and the Fuzzy control technology. In control tactic, the method combining the Fuzzy control with the traditional control is adopted. Fuzzy Series control、Fuzzy PID control and expanding central field control have been designed respectively. And these designed control tactics have been simulated, a good result being achieved.
