共性技术研发对于促进行业或产业发展具有重要的推动作用,经济效益和社会效益显著。基于共性技术研发与创新的共性技术联盟能够有效地整合资源、降低风险、获得更多的收益,而利益分配是影响共性技术联盟稳定性和效率的重要因素之一。在前人研究基础上,结合共性技术联盟的特点,研究共性技术联盟利益分配问题,并通过实证分析验证研究方法的有效性,同时进一步研究共性技术联盟利益分配机制的构建问题。

Common technology research and development alliance has an important role in promoting economic and social benefits for the promotion of industry or industrial development. The alliance based on common technology R＆D and innovation can integrate re- sources effectively, reduce risk and get more revenue, while the distribution of benefits is an important factor of stability and efficiency of common technology alliance. On the basis of previous studies, this paper, combining with the characteristics of the distribution of benefits of common technology alliances, studies the problem of benefits distribution, and verifies the validity of the research methods by empirical analysis. It also studies the construction problem of benefits distribution for common technology alliances.
