摘要
液晶生物传感器是集现代生物技术与先进的传感电子技术于一体,是生物技术、材料技术、物理技术、电子技术等交叉结合而形成的新兴高科技产品,是生物材料研究的全新领域。综述了液晶材料用作生物传感器的可行性、工作原理及研究现状,对其发展前景进行了展望;并从仿生角度出发,采用溶致液晶制备壳聚糖高分子液晶薄膜;以期为研究者进一步认识研究液晶生物材料新用途,促进液晶生物传感器发展与应用提供参考。
Liquid crystal (LC) biosensor is a new research area of sensor technology,which integrates the modern biotechnology and advanced electronic sensing technology. It is one kind of newly rising technology with the development of mutual infiltration and cross-link of biotechnology, materials technology, physics and electronic technology. The feasibility, principle, study and progress of the LC biosensor were mainly reviewed. The development foreground was prospected. And lyotropic liquid crystals have been employed to prepare biomimetic chitosan LC films. It may provided new ideas to people for further understanding and studying of LC biosensors, and promoted its development and application.
