摘要
在软土地基上建造大型建 (构 )筑物 ,土层结构复杂 ,孔隙比大 ,天然含水量与压缩性高 ,建 (构 )筑物会产生相当大的沉降和沉降差 ,而且沉降的延续时间长 ,并且由于强度低 ,地基承载力和稳定性往往不能满足工程的需要 ,采用充水预压 ,土层逐步得到排水固结 ,从而提高土壤的抗剪强度和完成大部分的沉降值 ,使土质达到需要的强度。
To build the large sized structures on soft foundation will make large settlement,differrential settlement and the elongated settlement time due to complicated soil structure,higher porosity,moisture content and compressibility.Therefore,the foundation strength will not meet engineering requirement,the paper introduces the measures raising soft soil's shearing strength,cutting settlement time to achieve strength required through filling water pre compress and drainage solidification progressively.
