摘要
本文分析了碳纤维增强复合材料(CFC)蒙皮结构在雷击环境下可能遭受的危害性,给出了CFC蒙皮的设计目标。通过对CFC蒙皮闪电直接防护方法进行分析对比,给出了可行的防护措施,并通过相关的试验结果,对防护措施进行了考察验证,表明了防护方法的有效性。
Carbon fiber reinforced composite(CFC) acts more and more important role in the aircraft structures. Due to low conductivity, the CFC skin shows weaker ability for suffering from lightning strike. In order to make the CFC skin integrity, the protection method was discussed in this paper. The different issues were compared in this paper and then the test was done to review the design conception.
