摘要
校企合作是提高职业教育素质,培养高技能人才的有效措施。为解决实践教学基地建设与管理制度间存在的"瓶颈"问题,研究了国外高职教育实践教学基地建设的现状,从校企合作的角度出发,分析郑州铁路职业技术学院当前实践教学基地建设中存在的问题,总结了当前学校采用的合作培养模式,提出适合学校发展的建设校企合作实践教学基地的措施及举措,借助学校骨干院校建设的平台,完善校企合作实践教学管理制度,保证实践教学基地建设与各项管理制度协调一致发展。
