关于加快我国跨区送电发展的措施建议

The Suggestions for Accelerating the Development of our Country's Cross-area Power Supply

结合目前国内在跨区送电发展方面存在的问题,从加强跨区省电网建设、拓宽电网建设融资渠道、改善电网建设成本管理、实现电源与电网协调发展、建立健全跨区域电力交易市场和制定合理的跨区送电分税政策等方面提出了具体的对策建议,以期对当前我国跨区送电发展起到一定的指导作用。

Considering the serious problems in the current development of cross-area power supply in our country, some specific suggestions were proposed, from strengthening the construction of our country＇s cross-area power grid, widening the financing channels and improving the cost management of the power grid construction, coordinating the development of power supply and grid, to the establishment and optimizing of the cross- area power trading market ,and setting a reasonable policy of tax distribution to the cross-area power supply, and so on. The writer hoped that these suggestions could play a guiding role for the development of our country＇s cross-area power supply, and let our water energy resources developed more efficient and reasonable.
