摘要 根据岩石力学、弹塑性力学理论建立了顺层钻孔周围煤体塑性区应力分布数学模型,分析了顺层抽采钻孔施工过程中周围煤体破坏规律及应力分布状态。数值模拟了采用水泥砂浆封孔、聚氨酯封孔、胶囊封堵-压力注浆封孔三种工艺下钻孔周围煤体应力分布规律,三种封孔工艺分别通过改变钻孔支护阻力、钻孔周围煤体物性参数等方式进行模拟。结果表明:胶囊封堵-压力注浆封孔工艺可有效封堵裂隙,加固钻孔周围破碎煤体,对钻孔周围煤体应力分布的控制效果优于现有的封孔工艺,对于顺层瓦斯抽采钻孔封孔工艺有一定的指导意义。 Setting up the plastic zone stress distribution mechanics model of coal around drilling through rock mechanics and elastoplastie mechanics to analyze the failure laws, as well as the stress distribution of coal around drilling during the construction. Using numerical simulation to analyze the regulations about stress distribution of coal around drilling through three different hole sealing technologies: cement-based plugging, polyurethane plugging and capsule plugging with pressure-grouting technique, by changing borehole supporting resistance, along with physical parameters of coal around drilling. The result shows that capsule plugging with pressure-grouting technique can not only effectively seal crack borehole and that enhance the fractured surrounding rock, but also have superior capacity that can effectively control the plastic zone around boreholes, is meant to be significant on modern boreholes hole sealing technology on gas drainage procedure with boreholes along seam.
