摘要
载体桩就是由混凝土桩身和载体构成的桩,是一种新的地基基础处理施工技术,在桩端通过反复填入建筑垃圾再以重锤进行夯实,通过三击贯入度等指标控制密实度,以达到提高承载力的目的,因此三击贯入度作为载体桩设计、施工时衡量载体桩成桩质量、桩基承载力主要控制指标。本文通过一载体桩实体检测和进一步钻探勘察表明,桩端持力层地层的均匀性(倾斜度)对成桩质量至关重要,在载体桩设计初步阶段就必须充分考虑地层非均匀性对载体桩成桩质量的影响,不能仅依靠三击贯入度作为桩基承载力设计依据,必要时进行专项施工勘察。
Bearlng pile, formed by concrete and carrier, is a new treatment technique for infrastructure, in order to enhance the bearing capacity. In the process of pile formation, construction waste is repeatedly filled to the end of pile and compactly tamped with heavy hammer, and its compactness is controlled by the index of three levels of penetration, which is the basic controlling standard for pile designing, assessing quality of piling in execution, and pile bearing power. This paper proposes that the uniformity (obliquity) of beating course at piles' end is extremely important for piling quality through the testing to an actual bearing pile in situ and verification after drilling, so, the impact of non-uniformity of stratum on quality of piling must be full regarded at the early stage of pile design. Otherwise, three levels penetration is not only the basis in design of pile bearing capacity, and specific executive investigation in situ is also needed if necessary.
