摘要
人力资源管理是研究如何对人力资源生产、开发、配置和利用的,是一个企业为实现企业目标,提高效率,运用心理学、社会学、管理学和人类学等相关的科学知识和原理,在现有的市场经济体制下国有企业仍然存在其特殊性,国有企业的人力资源管理又有其特殊性,所以科学人力资源管理对于国企实现现代企业管理至关重要,本文就国有企业的中人力资源的现状展开讨论,提出几点看法。
Human resource management is to study how to produce, on human resources development, allocation and utilization, is an enterprise to improve efficiency in order to achieve the business goal,, using psychology, sociology, management and Anthropology and other related scientific knowledge and principle, still has its particularity in state-owned enterprises in market economic system of the existing next, the human resource management of state-owned enterprises has its particularity, so the scientific human resource management for the implementation of modem enterprise management, this paper discusses the status of state-owned enterprises in human resources, puts forward some opinions.
